Ya know I don't use Nero for burning video to DVD.. I like the simplicity of convertx2dvd better. Although I still love Nero, its been my favorite burning app for a few years now.

ive got like 4 programs im using atm lol.

ive got dvdshrink, any dvd, nero and blaze dvd.

together it all works nicely.

Yes and no. If you don't let it connect to the internet then yes. Otherwise probably not.
