I have made 4 calls to them this week to tell them to send me a new router.
Each time they say try this then call us back.
My ethernet ports on the router are obviously bad but they don't take my word for it. So I have tried 3 different network adapters, a completely new install of windows, 2 different computers, all with 2 different ethernet cords.
Each call takes app. 1 hour on hold to have some jackass tell me to try something that I already did.
Wireless works on all computers|Ethernet works on NO computers
Seems like commong sense to me, I don't understand, if they want to provide the router, then why not just replace it when it goes bad.
