sooo who ever is in my cartel for more then half the round and finishes in there and ends up on 1 of the 3 jump records,

eg
Most junkies won
Most money won
Most lab won

ill give the perosn on each of them a $5 donation. soo if you end up on all 3 you get teh $15 off of me and the 20-30 off of jacx.

ok a second cartel hgas been opened now.

once again the room is locked but anyone in there nto in the 1st cartel come and join. if you are worthing though i demand you hit gunners to ruin their guns :D (buy a few guns aswell so you can actually get through :D)
