idea for v-cash

make vcash useful.. say for set fees you can buy certain priveledges or things in forum such as

2500 vcash for permanent custom title for you unless you buy another
5,000 vcash buy a name change
5,000 vcash buy custom title for another forum member, but cant be something thats against the rules
10,000 vcash buy forum member name change, cant be something against the rules

the amounts are just idea not an amount to stick too but i think it should be high enough that you would relaly have to earn your vcash to do something

i think its a good idea tung, at the minute v-cash is useless might aswell make it usefull and give people something to aim for
