Ey, after the new round started, a player of my cartel created his user and then forgot his password. He has $0 and I can't delete him because he has cabinet status. Any suggestions? Is there an admin I can contact?

I know him. He was with us last round and I made the mistake of adding the cabinet status before he started playing. He later msg'd me with how he was locked out.. sucks. Any suggestions?

Your friend could send a message to Customer Services and maybe Jacx or Tim will look into it for them. Don't forget they will need details (V1 or V2, room, player #, username, etc)

Or ... you could ask all other members of the cartel to move to a new cartel if it's really bothering you :)
oops, carping posted whilst I was writing as I'm slow :$ sorry for being repetitive

Looks like I got burned by that member. His "new" account hasn't been very active either. I forwarded the info and suggestions you guys provided.. No replies.
Thanks again.
