Like I told you, the one major flaw with this game is there are no written rules. Its all hear say. My example is the #15 reason. Ganja thought it was funny, Tyler thought it was racist. Ganja has a rule out, but interperted my comment as funny and wouldn't know why I would get banned for this.

Something I've called for from the very beginning of my time here. Hopefully things will change for the better, but I doubt it, because like life, most of the stuff that you're talking about - the stuff that goes on in Game Talk - need to be cleaned up by the players themselves and it's those same players that are perpetrating it.

I agree, there does need to be a certain freedom to allow people to express their frustration, or just to allow for some FRIENDLY banter. Unfortunately there are some that take it too far, and they always will, because they've been allowed to in the past.

Hopefully Jacx (Now that he's going to be taking overall control of the running of things.) will implement some severe changes. Yes this should be delt with but you should have a set of rules that state whats allowed and whats not with a set period amount of time instead of just letting mods dish out the amount of time and punishment, that way theres no confusion when ones rasist and he gets banned for 1 day and another is racist and gets banned for a week cause he is not liked as much!
