Gov stats from what seems to be the same time as those stats (1993/94) state that 55% of welfare receipts were white and 38% Black; Asains, Native Americans and Pacific Coastal People make up the rest. Furtrhermore US gov does not consider Hispanic or Latino a Race, thus they are included in Black and White stats. Census stats suggest of that 23mil of the 44mil Hispanics are classified as White and the remaining 21mil are classified as Black.

#2: See the likes of Halliburton (left the country to avoid paying taxes - though our taxes pay them).
#3: Check how social security was settup to ensure the elderly could retaire without fear of losing all they worked for but politicians do not contribute to the fund, rob the fund for pet projects and payout to millionaires who do not need help in retirement.
