I wondered.. This year the government have banned fireworks entirely for private users (Yeah I know, I live in a kindergarden), so only official fireworks (by the city or other organisations) will be legal next new years. When I see cases like the one above I'm thinking it's a great idea.. (and thinking about some of the silly things some of my friends do with fireworks only strengthens that view=P) But I was just wondering, what are the restrictions (if any) on fireworks, in your country?
