Looking for a B5 Cartel Worth 1,300,000ish

I just started playing and realized pretty quickly that i need a cartel. Looking for one in B5 that accepts players with the worth of 1,300,000. If you need more info i will give it to you.

if youre interested in playing in b1 at reset come and join love rats - its a great cartel and we can give you help if you need it. As cali says, b games reset soon so i think what xxx means is that, as such, you might find it hard to find many offers of cartels to join this late in the round when the majority will be full of players with higher worth than you have right now. Id suggest messaging people around you on your scoreboard, they might like to form a cartel with you, or be in a cartel that isnt full.
