What FTP Client are you using?

I know some clients will let you grab a directory at a time but in the backend all they do is queue all the files in the directory to be downloaded.

Sorry Kurtis..I wanted to do a little research on it. I can tell you that getting DHT errors may just be a problem with the torrent itself. If you have it set up corrrectly (If you have Azuereus you can test it) and your getting the problem chalk it up to a goofy torrent file.

OK..When you set up the port forwarding are you given the chance to choose the packet type? You may need to set a port forward for UDP also if you just have TCP being sent.

Honestly I don't know. I have a linksys router too and I haven't had any problems with port forwarding. As weird as this sounds, have you paused the torrent and rebooted? I was getting some odd errors in my Az last night but I rebooted and restarted and it went away.

Update that Kurtis fixed his problem!!

hey i was looking thru the azurus wiki and i found this

WRT54G v4(/5?) - doesn't do UDP/TCP on same port properly - use different ports for the 'Incoming TCP Listen Port' and DDB. Also disable the UDP tracker protocol if needed.

i dont quite understand this i got my nat to work fine but as far as the the udp port mapping problem is still there

i figured it out i had to use a differnt port of my udp i have all three green now thatnks for your help talk to u later

ok i finally found it

http://www.azureuswiki.com/index.php/UPnP

it was all the way at the bottom

WRT54G v4(/5?) - doesn't do UDP/TCP on same port properly - use different ports for the 'Incoming TCP Listen Port' and DDB. Also disable the UDP tracker protocol if needed. User has reported that with v5 a hard-reset of the router was needed to get things working.

To port your Azureus do the following steps.. open up the software and click on Tools then choose Options...

on the left hand side of this window Connection should be selected.you can pick a random port between 49152 and 65535.Then enter that port into the Incomming TCP/UDP Listen Port box. When you are done, be sure to click the Save button at the bottom of the configuation screen.

NOW TO PORT FORWARD TO YOUR WIRELESS ROUTER

have you actually portforwarded azureus in your rounter setup page... if you havnt here is how to do it.. open up your browser and in the address bar type 192.168.1.1 and press enter and you will get an little window pop up in that leave the username as blank and type the password as admin

now you will be able to see your Linksys Wireless Router Setup page...

Click the Security link near the top of the page.

Remove the checkmark from the Block Anonymous Internet Requests checkbox. Click the Save Settings button near the bottom of the page. Click the Applications & Gaming link near the top of the page. You should now see a new menu. In this new menu, click Port Range Forward.

when you enter your details.. in your Application Name area enter as this... Azur1 and enter the Start and End Numbers and in Protocol section choose as both... then try to find your computer IP address and put it in there.. to find out your computer IP address all you have to do is... click on Start then click on Run then type cmd then enter and now... type ipconfig and you will be able to see your IP address and note it down and use taht for your router....and tick on Enable check bar and then click on save
