I love Daniel! :hugs: However, Ivey is due for a win.
But knowing the world of poker these days, it's just going to be some young kid who qualified from the internet using his mom's credit card ;-)

WSOP Main Event is a crap shoot...skill does not get u all the way through that tourney, gotta be very lucky. However, I think Negreanu will get a few bracelets, along w/ Ferguson and Matusow...all having good years, tourny wise.

Go Daniel! He's due.
Fuck Matusow he'll be leading his table and go all in without a single pair, twice in a row, and walk out of the room bitching as always.
I think its time for a known pro to win again. It won't likely be any of the biggest names though. It'll be someone like Freddy Deeb or John Juanda
If Negreanu doesn't make the run I'm hoping for Clonie Gowen to run the table. What could really be better than 2-3 months of Tuesday night WSOP action on ESPN watching that hottie.

As it has been stated by some of the Pro's. The odds of any professional poker player winning the WSOP is stacked against them. They have a challenge most amatuers don't face, people staying in the pot with any chance of winning just for a chance to say they beat "Doyle Brunson" or any other pro. Although this does work in the favor of the pro's as well, but unless they have enough luck to outlast then its just not gonna happen. Which is why Phil Helmuth dosn't stand a chance in the world he just blows his top too easy.
Now if I had to put my money on any certain pro, Phil Ivey, or Howard Lederer. If I had to pick any female to win Anne Duke. Like I stated though the odds of any one of these winning is just too little.

haha SW I wish I had my mums CC number and I'd be there.
If a pro wins I think The Grinder, his tournament season has been awesome. I think of the recognisable pros Matusow went deepest last year so I give him a chance too. I think the real question should be "can a top Pro win the main event again?"
