Can't log on? Server error...

Earlier i was play on server C1 and i was just logged out when i was refeshing my page and when i tried to log on it said my username and pass don't match or something like that. So i did the lost details thing and it said i had no accounts. so i tried to register again and it said :

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'AND relation='immediate'' at line 1
SELECT DISTINCT family FROM dplus.familymembers WHERE room= AND relation='immediate'

so can someone help or is this happening to everyone?

C games aren't running. They haven't been for months. There was a game that was ongoing for a long time probably because no one had bothered to reset it, but they're not running at the moment.

Or that game was a week long test.
