Congrats to all medalists, IDK how the winning cart members managed to be out of hosp. for only a few seconds at a time, but well played I guess, Snooz was unstoppable on MM and MWJ for most of the round.
Still had an absolute ball gunning in A1, esp. last week with so many low hoarders who had become complacent (thx to mr mm/mwj, lol) and vunerable, too much fun gunning to really post a good score.
Holy and FtP, thanks for the last couple rounds in A2, had a ball (as always) with you clowns, and put up a decent score. echidna $109,801,588

Oh so that's what happened. Sounds familiar to momo's high score too. He gunned a friend who wasn't gunning him back while he hoarded low then jumped up to win overall. I guess if this is what you did then you should be safe if they go on consistency rather than common sense.

from day two/three he gunned gunners without buying stanima, or using tokens on anything except for gunning. once he had about 3000-4000 junkies and a lot of money hoarded, he than spent up to get above any gunner that could beat him... he than stayed ahead of the room out of gunners reach.

However cuz he had buddies putting him in the hospital no random gunner or vester with a few guns could get his junkies or money. which resulted in the best profits cuz he and fondle shared the money until snooz spent. take that away and the 50+ non hoarders trying to hit him would have ruined his strat.

Fondle was without a cartel for the first little while, then joined the SAME cartel (or another Llamas cartel) as snooz afterwards. I don't know if it makes any difference but this whole thing is quite fishy.

However, people moaned about A-D's massive score, so maybe he was trafficking as well (tim says it's still viable?).

well consider this both fondle and snooz would go back and forth on most money and most junkies won in a jump, and most working junkies and most money. So lets say yeah they both just happened to have used a very similiar strat. and by pure luck managed to get through on each other before other people could and than just same timed each day... than wow what odds. However luck or planned their is no way to tell the difference so it will come down to a judgement call by the admins, and not an easy one either.

what really get me is how they both had a space before their name, both were apart of a ninja llama cartel and kept jumping around between cartels early. they both just happened to use a very similar strat... and the best of all in Game Talk one person complained about Fondle and never being able to get through.... but it was Snooz that replied instead of fondle :O

I have nothing against snooz and fondle happening to jump eachother (and I had a hard time getting through fondle's vests myself) , but if they shared money for a few days so that snooz could get a sudden worth burst, admins should really step in and do what's right to sanction this.

Im going to be totally honest wit people now, but me and Luis(Asgard) did this a couple of rounds ago as it is a grey area, and has to be proven. But we got deleted a couple of days before reset, i cannot see any difference in what this snooz has done, both of us were sitting at the bottom of the table with close to $3b at the end of the round, this was in A2 as i was getting hit from players in MoM and i was going to join them, remember this lads, especially you Nev.

So i cant see any difference in what is happening. When deleted we were told it was AZ strating.

Just get this sorted either way, but if its allowed, many people will be trying to do it!

Actually I adapted my strat during the round as well:
- the first few days I was determined to worth in thugs
- then, noticing the thug change in A as well, I decided to worth in guns (which I did in A2 and A3)
- eventually I considered vesting the best option, given the room conditions.

So he donated during his transition to worth? In my case it tooks 2 days of vesting to fend off attackers, so I imagine 200 extra tokens could have done this all at once. Especially at his junkies ... But admins have to answer if it was just this, or he also shared money by AZ-ing with fondle.

Admin will have to ban that score, no two ways about it. If a couple fo friends were keeping each other in Hospital that is AZing and is too much of a big grey area, as round after round you will get 20 people in the room just jumping each other to keep themselves in hospital.

It doesnt matter if you do it at a low worth or a high worth, its still cheating and should be banned!

hey scott and everyone , think of this and then u can see how it might be difficult for them to find it the cheaters..

if u got more than 2, say 6 or 8 doing it to each other thru out the round its way more technical then poof ur banned..1 jumps 8, 2-7,3-6,4-5 then next day 1 jumps 7-2-6,3-5,4-8, i think u get the picture..i honestly cant believe a score like tat either..if it had been 160-165 then i would say nice round..200 in a a game is un heard of and i think it is not legal..but then again im not admin

Putting pressure on the admins with empty threats won't get you nowhere. All of a sudden, jumping gunners has become cheating? Diezel is doing the exact same thing now in b1, I don't see anyone complaining. Grow the fuck up.

No offense but you really shouldn't use Alan Carson AKA Diezel as your defense.. Rumor in FB has it he is using your strat and skipping the middleman by making his own multis to keep him in the hospital.

If you're gunning, and a player jumps you everyday, how are you going to stop him? You have no control over what the other player does. Now, you have 3 choices. Hit him back and take back the junkies, worth up so he can't get through or let him be. The last 2 options leaves you at a loss. BUT by hitting him back, you're accused of cheating since you and him will be hitting eachother back and forth everyday until one of you gives up. Hence, you're left with no options. Great game isn't it.

Think about the circumstances before you complain because you can't get a decent score you pathetic bunch.

anyways with how little of evidence there is that he was AZing it will come down to a tough choice either way. The worst part about it if it is legal and gets DQ'ed people will just think that well I guess its wrong to be a good gunner. Plus if he did donate (and is from facebook like we all believe) there is a good chance he will bring friends over and they will donate too and thus bringing in lots more money for the game.

Though the admin know that they cant use that as the deciding factor though cuz if its cheating then it needs to be DQ'ed. (Y)(Y)

The delay is the detail, has a new/form of AZ been commited, meaning all jumps/actions of the round have been checked, rechecked and checked again.

See if we kill a pig and throw u guys a bone, we turn around for 3 damn seconds and find u left us the bone and took the rest of the pig.

here is how it works on my scale and if you gut into smaller groups it is what you are looking for now. (has already been admitted to happening)

break into 2 groups each group rotates through each other. once rotate through first group rotate through second group. repeat each week
you would only put the same person in the hospital around 3-4 times a round. each time you put that person in the hospital it would be a week apart.

so if what has been admitted to already in this thread on how those 2 jumped each other then my form on an AZ strat uses more ppl and is less AZ then what has been done.

as you see this is not AZ as AZ was but it is a form of it and what was done to get those scores was the same thing by admission in this thread

hey jacx... its obviously what they have done... what you need to check on it it was openly discussed in the cartel discussion and as mentioned in this thread before snooz answered under fondels name in the cartel discussion. so they have had access to both so its clear that it was a form playing multi... so please take your decision, soon. I worked hard to make LODs score and it would be a shame to loose gold to a cartel that cheated... I'll take a break of DW minimum as long as you have solved this issue :bye:

im all for gunners gunning gunners it kinda helps us worthers out but for the good of the game in the long run those scores cant be accepted as legit. if the logs state that the 2 players in question did infact keep each other in hospital all game then that is clearly against the rules.

give back the donations used by those players, scrap that round from all medal charts and move on to the next game.

have had a quick look at the scores for that round but i can only see 1 of the players in question. did both players end in the same cart at reset ??

Post the full 30 day log and prove it. Fondle wasn't the only one to jump me and I can't stop him from jumping me unless I give my times out to other players, but that is also considered cheating? What do you propose I do in this situation if someone was to jump me everyday in the coming rounds?

meh...I could really care less, but I don't see how they can prove without any doubt that times were swapped. It's just the way they've learned to gun on FB...to be there daily and hit them at the same time without fail. Unless there was a PM logged or something from CD that discussed time swapping I don't see how the decision could be made.

Yeah I understood the gunning concept regarding hitting players daily at the exact time so that I dont miss out from FB, but I only played on FB for 2 rounds, and I started on OT before FB.

Thats the point, it hasn't been proven, but a decision had to be made. I'm all fine with that and since they're changing the way the hospital works, I can play this strat next round without being called a cheater.

Look ... each of the game admins pored over the logs and decided it was cheating. You can say all you like but the fact remains that AT THE VERY LEAST 3 administrators had a look and came to the decision they did, and I, for one, trust their judgement.

And you replied to my suggestion of not jumping the person back with "if you don't want to win."

Well, you wanted to win, you jumped him back and carried it throughout the round, and you got disqualified. So obviously jumping him back the way you did didn't work either.

Actually they didn't come to an agreement, so they got a 3rd party judge to make the call. Anyhow, I'll let my next b round score do the talking after these hospital code changes have been implemented to prevent AZing.

sorry but it was a guilty from Tim Jacx and Pstyle and they gave the logs to KS as well (but didnt need a reply) Pstyle is no 3rd party source, he was an admin here long before the others but went MIA for many months. Now he is back and can help, so shove it cheater. The only reason why it took soo long is Tim didnt want to make a mistake and DQ you early so he made sure to get the same verdict from the majority of admins instead.

I don't think that applies here. You cannot adequately prove your innocence, so of course it's up to the admin to make a final decision. Don't you realise that if they allowed you to get away with this, everyone would be doing it, and it CAN be construed as cheating? Everyone would say "heck I dunno the guy I just kept jumping him back".

Basically I got DQed for retaliating to another gunners attack within 5 mins. That's the same as retaliating when some random smacks you across the face. Would you ask him to wait an hr and then retaliate? I wouldn't. In your cases, I can understand if you'd just walk away with your tail between your legs though.

And for the record, I vested up to try fend him off. The problem was that I had low stamina so no matter how many vests I had, I couldn't fight him off. Logs would've shown this. If I wanted him to keep me in hospital every day, why would I have gotten vests to lose?

I honestly look forward to it. If you are calling all the admin ignorant for not being able to tell what super duper strat you were running that would have won the game for you had fondle not been there, that is silly. I know you have been speaking with Tim so you know damn well at least he is not ignorant.

Really - the game is slightly choked with the few strategies out there, and if you are clever enough to think of something that will get you an astounding score, good on you, and I look forward to next B game.

EDIT: as for working my strat around the rules, I don't care to spend time on a strategy that I know will get me deleted. For the sake of my cartel I'd rather put up a good score than a great score only to lose it in the end.

That happened for one day, and the reason why he even got that cash from me was because I was stuck in traffic on the way home from work. I planned to get home 5 mins prior to my hospital times finishing so I could spend the cash. As to why fondle didn't spend all his cash right away, I have no idea. From recall my hospital times were 19:32 and I jump him roughly around 19:40. I usually get home earlier but that night I got home at roughly 19:39 and fondle just finished hitting me. Went to the jump screen and spammed his id in the jump box but he was still in hospital, finally got through. He still had the money, yippee. Kept that cash hoarded one more time but made sure I spent it before I left work this time, and vested up.

The difference is that somebody else would have jumped you and not participated in the same back-and-forth that you and fondle enjoyed. They would have likely spent the money on guns in order to keep moving up. It is very rare to find somebody who hoards their money and retaliates with perfect timing.

After Review, Dq of Snooz for violation of user agremment as referenced:

4c. Using an account to boost a different account (an example of this would be intentionally placing goods on the black market at a reduced price and purchasing them on a timed interval by a different account) is forbidden.


Game logs show targeted jumps against a specific target, and jumps returned within 5 minute interval daily for an extended period of time.

go back read through it all the strat was already outlined

the difference from cushion and snooz was cushion didnt gun gunners for extra junkies.

we already all know snooz was not hospitalized everday, but he was when it came to hoarding. was it planned? maybe can the logs tell the difference between cheating and random? in a way, but it is possible that random can look like cheating every once and a while. Seen how there is no real way to prove that snooz and fondle were not planning their attacks the only right thing to do is DQ for cheating. If it was legit by snooz than sorry but this is why many of the OT vets dont run the strat, and best of luck to you in future rounds.

fondle stops immediatly after snooz has spend... he got jumped as hell from the random gunners in my cartel... and never mooved again!

they where both operated by the same person so its right to dq snooz because of playing multiple accounts and az strat... I think...

I just think it sucks
I came in 1st in a medal room the round before
and didn't even get a good job
cause a player got a much better overall in a easier room
now that's bullshit
I don't condone cheating but when a third party is brought in to make a judgment
then their has to be a conflict somewhere
and there are a lot of regular cheaters
I have to much couth to name names
they are just slicker then most
maybe all that donated money should be put to security measures
I played with a winning cartel and got a medal snatched this month
This might be last round im still undecided
leave dopewars to the kiddies

You have not been paying attention Skezzy, i am NOT 3rd party in any sense, i have just returned to my duties on cheat patrol (among other things) after taking some time off. Since i am now essential the game rules enforcer, the decision fell to me to make. It was not arbitrary, or 3rd party.

not a bad round overall, been in 2 up and coming cartels Nofear in A1 and messy in A2,ive no doubt both cartels are going to be succesfull in the near future.

i would probably feel sorry for the ninja llamas, they had many good players and would of probably pulled off a medal if snooz hasnt joined them but im glad they were dq because now no fear have a medal woo.

I don't think it's based on intentional or not - most of us here know what toes the line and avoid such activities so as not to be deleted.

He should have realised it would be suspect, and desisted ... He didn't, and paid the price.

Keeping with the more recent deletions, he was right to be deleted. If you haven't been around long then you won't know them but there were many high profile reversing jumps cases that people got deleted for in similar situations.

Can someone please explain how me retaliating to someone jumping me and it continuing back and forth all round is considered A-Z. That simply sounds like the game and if it wasnt part of the game well Admin why didnt you have random hospital times all along to make sure this so called A-Zing was never an issue.

becuase ppl with a brain knew it was illegal and didnt bother using it, but now you retards came along and still to this day think its legal, continue to use it, is the reason its being added to the game, and the same arguement, that alot of you still dont seem to grasp, its highly doubtful that 2 players log in at the same time for a full month, just to play there game, this sank in yet ?

No not really because if I had a good paying jump I would log in at the same time everyday to make it. That would be playing smart not cheating.

Via times....u need to understand something... jumping someone who jumped u is fine...doing it intentional to keep urself in hospital to not allow other gunners to get at u is illegal.

And yes we can see all jumps and we have logs for every action done by any player.
