Would it be a good idea to change my TCP connection to about 100 using this (http://lvllord.de/download.php?url=en/EvID4226Patch223d-en.zip) program since running XP SP2 only allows 10 TCP connections (meaning I can connect to less people)?

Would I have better success with uTorrent if I got a different firewall? I currently use Windows Firewall. I don't want to use ZoneAlarm, had a bad experience with it.

I told Steff to throw this up here because I never dealt with Windows Firewall. I disabled it since I'm doing my firewalling at the hardware level.
