Simply put, it's getting to the point that the forum member is concerned for his real life privacy. I'm going to call it malicious use and erase. If anyone "higher up" wishes to say differently, please direct them to talk to me personally, as per oddthought's business model.

in order to clarify a few things, everything is fine except for the following three things:
1) racist remarks
2) pictures of members that haven't been posted at oddthought before
3) threats to members

you are right stating it would NOT result in an infraction at all unless the picture hasn't been posted here or the intent was undoubtedly malicious rather than funny. whether or not the re-utilisation of the picture is malicious would obviously come down to a case-to-case decision.
