28 lbs of ribs on 6 wonderfull racks and 2 12 lbs of ham to be smoke on the orion cooker
ham is gonna be pulled for sandwinchs
ribs will be naked sauce on the side

Mmmmmm ... I've got a great rub recipe as well if you want it. I slow-cooked ribs the other weekend and they were WICKED.
