Korean language pack

How do I get Korean to read as Korean rather than all messed up alt codes? I have this installed:

But yet when I open the game client that is Korean I get the messed up alt codes rather than Korean so I guess I'm missing something:

Noob tech section :P all I had to do was change the language for non-unicode programs. Problem solved anyway.
