I am running Google Chrome as my browser, on windows vista.
I have looked into blocking certain sites, so that I cannot access them. However the Parental Controls only allow me to block sites for non-administrator profiles. I am wondering if there is a way to block a site, so that the administrator, i.e. ME, cannot reach it.
?
cheers duck.

You're probably not going to be able to do much to block yourself from it since you're the administrator and you'd be able to undo everything you've done. However, if someone else is on the admin account, try some of the suggestions in post 4 and 8 of this thread:

I'm not 100% certain if this will work with Vista, but it's worth a shot.

Or you could just show some self restraint and stay away from those midget-german-dungeon porn sites!
