Fixing mic...

Playing Soldier Front (http://sfront.ijji.com/index.nhn) and on Ventrilo (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ventrilo). My settings have to look like this:

But it keeps changing to this:

Which means I can't use my mic. I dunno if there is a better program or an alternative program that won't keep changing. When it's on the 2nd one my mic won't work.
