Orders and being a general is useless

Had orders posted in teamtalk, and sent to every player, and still have people not follow them. 5 teams is uselss. Its basicly down to who makes the most multies and sticks em on opposing teams. GIVE Generals more CONTROLS!!!!! Allow them to turn off/on attacks. Allow them to shut a player down the same way ya write a treaty (with three generals cigs) The player loses all ability to move or do anything. The only thing they can do is build.:waiting:
