What cartels have you been in? OSM, OC, UGS, OKC Mafia, The Associates (Don't say one fucking word) etc etc....
What is the best cartel you have been in and why? I don't know, most of the cartels that I've been in are pretty good and have a medal.

What is the best cartel currently in the game? If the Syndicate were here I'd say they were the best, but they're gone now. Too many new cartels coming along to keep up with.
