However if the station Vickie is at is westbound of the station Bonnie was at and Bonnie's train were to go to that station. Than Bonnie would get to the station Vickie is at approx 32 mins after Bonnie boarded the train. 28 minutes before Vickie boards her train.

But still not enough info for a more accurate guess
