Do you send out "tell a friend links"?

Do some people really have that many friends that every round they can send out 5 refer a friend links and all 5 join??? Id love to know what it is that im doing wrong??

I do hope the powers that be can see where im going with this.

As i have already explained to you ,one person gets 5 so with them 5 you get guys who play to sign up to one of the rooms they not signed up for yet and instead of them going to straight to make an account the use one of yours ,do you need more explaing or will that be all :whistle:

i think swissy is implying that they aren't really serving their intended purpose. the idea of the ref link was to bring new players into the game who might not otherwise have played, like an incentive for existing players to spread the word

i commend you for your honesty alan, however i have been told that it is quite easy to get away with claiming the 5 referalls by yourself without the need for 5 "guys" ......... im currently waiting (maybe it wont happen??) to be deleted for doing just that as a test in a room right now.......

thats what im implying sean. I dont think they are bringing new people to the game, i think they are being used (entirely legally) by organised cartels giving their players starting boosts of 5mill and 25 tokens. New cartels, new players and un-organised/spam cartels are at a distinct disadvantage. This feature appears to be being used by the few in the know about it and not by the majority and those that could actually do with a starting boost, i.e. new players.
Its non-sensical to keep it unless it brings new people to the game - its only making stronger players stronger.

You cant do them your self because i have tryed before :hidey:
And i was brought here by a refferal along with guys like Newport ,Rougue and Shadow and many more

i see loads of accounts that appear like this

they are most obviously some scamming they way into the refferral bonus, maybe we should at least make them work for it and set it as follows

refer someone and get your bonus after your refferral has had 5 days of active playing

it wouldnt end it all together because i used to just go on msn at reset and give my ref link to people that havnt signed up yet and have one person use my link for how ever many rooms they signed up for and if it wasnt five i would have another person finish them off, but it would end the people who just make dummy accounts to get the bonus
