Should the creation of new cartels end when the room is locked?

no, I can't think of any good reason to impose that restriction

Can you explain the logic behind your request please rather? I have no idea why you would want some of these rectrictions. Soon buri dw's will become a dictatorship :P

Not wanted a dictatorship, just a thought on Dunders current objective. Though he deleted his GT post his and the other founders plans are to sweep the top cartel spots indefinitely. I don't think thats very competitive to some of the other well established cartels you and others may be part of. Perhaps my question was premature and sorry about the two post I didn't know how to combine them into one poll.

I had a feeling that was you reason behind the question. Iy happens and cannot be helped. However such a cnage would affect everyone and the stupid stratergies of certain individuals shouldn't affect the masses....if you catch me drift.
Dunder sucks, he talks the talk but never walks the walk, he think this way he will win and have some fame....how wrong he is

Id be ashamed to have a cartel finish 1st with a name like that.
he might as well call it:
ImARetardThatCantWinAndNeitherCanTheseGuysSoWe'llM ergeInAnAttemptToBeatYouAndStillFailBecauseWeSuck
because that's what their name translates to :P

The answer for me is no. I understand the reason for the question, its lame sometimes when top carts merge...however what about the noobs, come reset when there are 2 noob half carts that agree to merge to form a better score is fair to screw them?
When i started way back when, i managed to build up a team within 3 rounds...it would be 15 - 20 players...usually all noobs. We then got into a habit of merging with dark dragons on reset night, their top ten and our top ten. Result??? we medaled! Not bad for a bunch of noobs.
It still can be done too, if it was not for the current mentality in the game.

I should have just question everyone's thought on Dunders actions. At the time though I mad and was discussing with him in GT in a post he has since deleted. I do not have a problem with someone setting up a few worth cartels and a gun cartel as part of their strategy and then merging their best effort at rounds end. That however is not what Dunder has done. He states that what he has done is what you all do, he has just made it larger to take all three medals. Some of you said that won't happen, perhaps it won't I hope your right. I just see this as poor theory in light of being competitive that will have great repercussions if its achieved than your willing to realize at the moment.

It doesn't mean they'll win. Think of it this way mate. If you took the top 2 players from 10 sub standard cartels does it mean they'll medal? Hell no.
All he's done is take the highest members from some half decent cartels and put them in one. Some of the best players in the game are still in other cartels, if these players achieve their full potential Dinders plans will fail.
Grabbing top players from different cartels doesn't mean he'll have the top players in the game therefore it doesn't mean they'll have the top scores in the game.

u know the funny part.
He can grab 5 carts, get the top players...and one lonely puller can screw the world.

I wouldn't worry too much about this tool and his grandiose plan. Tho it has been funny reading the tool and his cronies posts in GT, they seem to think they're doing something that's never been done before. MANY cartels have tried this in the past, look throught the scores and you'll see they very rarely if ever win. As someone else said, putting the "best" players from shit cartels in one cart isn't gonna give you a win.
They may win a medal, bronze maybe, that's about it.

When I first saw what was going on with this many cartel merger, I too thought what a lame ass move and I was pissed. As I read the discussion in the game talk and now in here I have given it alot of thought. I do not believe the rooms should be lock from creating new cartels. This is a move to sweep the medals to become king shit and say hey, look what we did. The problem is there is now way they are going to sweep and if they are organized and lucky enough they might be lucky to get a medal. What this is going to do is make the real good cartels....Reds, LOD, llama's, Misfits and others come up with different strategies on playing the game to deal with this. As jacx said, it only takes one puller to fuck it all up. I believe this may push the envople in the game but again as stated earlier, 4 or 6 average cartels merging may not medal at all. If these cartels don't lose any players over this move I will be shocked. I still think this is a lame ass move but it doesn't piss me off anymore. I have come to realize that these are players that do not respect the game in any form. They can't get it together enough to medal so they pray on each other and come up with this great plan which gets them all this attention and now they think they are masterminds. I should be pointed out that this is not the first, second or third time this has been done. I have seen it many, many times but rarley does it pay off. Good luck to them.

I just logged into A1 and had recieved this, thought I'd share it. Apparently even the players involved aren't too impressed with it. Identifying features removed to protect his/her identity.

you know what, ive been playing with ************ for a few months now, with the same core group of guys.
this super merge that they set up for this round is fucking lame. merging in general is kinda weak, in my opinion, but i can accept two carts forming one. normally i worth, and finish high, but this round i gunned, and had half my targets taken away because of merging.
it is fucking stupid.
i hope that you guys win this room, so that in the future people think before setting up 6 cartel merges. gay. pussy. lame. weak. that is what i currently think of the cartel im in, and this super merge.
best of luck to you.

there all either on machines or have spent too early anyway. a good junkie cart cashing in on the last minute would sweep them away

We've been running a lotto on #526 for a couple days to break him like we did ganja. He hasnt yet though the ratio was getting close. He had some 2400+ junkies when last someone checked the other day.

If those 6 are broken Dunders plans are fucked...even if one of them has that vital score it messes the whole cartel up.
Ive seen alot of gunners complain in that room about what;s going on, if they break these guys they succeed in fucking Dunders plans up...
