You all might of noticed that the facebook dopewars over the past few months has become the definition of shit. practically nobody logs in anymore, and in contrast to having a hard time keeping your post up on cartel recruit, now your post just lingers there for hours without any response.

I used to have a really good time playing dopewars, being part of you cartels war, talking shit to other players, making a new friend u cant pronounce his name. ahh the good old times.

There are many rumors that zynga has bought the facebook version of dopewars, im not sure what are the details of the story simply because i havent logged in for so long.

I know that we can bring the old DW back with just a little effort from each of us. So, if we can first establish WHY? dopewars turned like this and if we can get to the bottom of this then i guess we have a good place to start our 'revolution' ;)

I have a few suggestion that we could do to try and revive DW. The first is that we all play in one room in the treadon version, or try and convince the developers if they want to replicate the facebook version on the treadon website, but of course playing the facebook version will never be the same, and its almost impossible to get as many users from the FB version.

So i thought that we together can create an application on facebook similar to DW but with a few minor adjustments that we have always wanted. So if there are any developers out there that can help us please dont be shy.

it dont really matter about amount of users. Choose a1 b1 all the users you could need are in there. Plenty of targets for gunning plenty of credits to sell. Only difference is most people actually know what they are doing.

Typically there's about 2-3000 people in a particular game. You can't sign up for the medal games (a1-b1) as they get locked off a few days after the round starts. You can go and still join a2-a4 or b2-b4.

Things with zynga are being looked into, cannot say more as its a legal issue. However yes the understanding is that zynga bought the license (for social networks only) and right now its all politics and legal stuff to work this out.
