This whole thing really makes a person think... about not judging someone by the way they look, or talk etc... It's humbling, to watch. It can bring a tear to your eye :$
I duno, there's something about cheering on the underdog that's primal in most people I think.
Anyways... this video is the fastest rising video on youtube... it's had over 6 million views I believe, in just a few days :O
Bless her, I hope she goes on to win!

This just proves you cannot judge a book by it's cover. She killed the song I hope she wins the whole competition.

WOW!
She is amazing.
It gave me chills, and that female judge looked like she was on the verge of tears from her performance.
I sincerely hope she gets to live her dream.

That was awesome. Too bad the crowd was cheering half the time so you couldn't fully hear her.

Amanda holden, not holding. lmao
Ex wife of les dennis.
As for the boyle woman. She will have a number one and a few months of fame then dissapear into nothing. She's just not glamorous enough for mega stardom. Name me one ugly diva with a long lasting career?

not to ruin the touchy feel good of the thread, but see "casey donovan" who won "australian idol" a few years ago, she was a fucking whale, people have been voting for the underdog on these retarded shows for ages, if she wasnt a whale, she wouldnt have won, cos she cant fucking sing for shit
not saying this girl cant and i cant truly be fucked watching, just adding :P

Butt ugly no....Celene Dion not attractive when the make up comes off.
I do think you are right about Susan Boyle tho. She'll likely have one or two hit songs and then be gone from the spot light.
As shallow as this may sound, it would give me great pleasure to wax her eyebrows.

With her age all she needs is a couple hits and she will be set for the rest of her stay on earth :)

Nah, its ITV who do the show, if it was BBC u would have got it over here. Anyway they probably wont want to do it as u already have "America's got talent"

so
in the end -- she lost
and a couple of hours ago was admitted into the looney bin
Police were called to a London hotel on Sunday at 1800 BST to doctors assessing a woman under the Mental Health Act, Scotland Yard confirmed.
That woman was taken voluntarily by ambulance to a clinic, they said.
At the request of doctors, police accompanied the ambulance.

I can't be bothered to read all of this thread, but I'd just like to say that I disagree with the first 3 words of this threads title.
