so im bored and decided, we should have a thread bout the top 5 best dopewars players of all time :D your list can consist of anyone, dont be suprised if you get flamed for picking morons lol reasons for said players HAVE to be given :P oh and they can be in order or just a top 5 you think is the best in no given order

1.) Stupid n Contagous - For people who know him, the name is enough lol, the guy is a legendary player, worth gunner and worther, he is awesome.

2.) Anti-Duck - Need i give a reason? He pwned the fuck out of A games before they changed the rules, 200 mil A game overralls wont be done again for along time.

3.) Nfc - Holds the most (legit) junkies gunned in one round record, him and buzzin used to turn rooms on their heads alone, all around great player, leader and friend.

4.) Lontan - Whats to say about him apart from the round he fucking shafted ALL of reds in A games and broke 200 mil gunning. :haha: Awesome player. :D

5.) Timaway - Another freak of the game, one of the few players to get a legit B game score as high as he did (297 mil roughly, i believe) and he is a genius at maths and the game dynamics.

Wildcard.) Buzzin - Could/Can turn any room on its head, one of the most feared n respected players about in dopewars when he shows up. Legend. :D

TCA has the best list by far
God knows what any of the others mentioned are doing being mentioned in the same breath.

Tim/lontan/anti duck all disected the various games to their basic components and took them as far as possible, if not further. The level of intelligence used is outstanding, and they invented half the strats all those new people use.

Ryan (stupid and contagious) was just the most awesome regular massive scorer. (I taught him everything he knows ;)). He ran an awesome cart with tania and turned out to be possibly the best worth gunner ever.

1- Andrius is a great player who can play any strat..The round game got hacked he was going for a 300+ monster score legit low stam gunning, He can gun,worth ( machines- junkies),low stam..

2 - Carping...at one point we were in same cartels in every room and he always finishes on top...How many overalls...and other than that was the best cab in last 12 months hand down..can gun,worth (creds,machines,junkies)...

3- My third would be Street...He is a great gunner,worther..Only thing he was probably lacking was being sneaky and organizing shit..but now he is one of the Rhinos cabs who already got 3 medals in a row

4 - Zeus - I ve played with him alot but lately he doesnt seem like he cares much about the game..but i have to say he knows everything out there about gunning..And he can worth

5 - HH...he knows all the strats plus good cab and good intel...

Diezel - he isnt on my top 5 just gonna comment on him since he was someones top 5..I think he is above average for sure..but i wouldnt put him on top 5..He can gun,worth,professionaly low stam but not the best..other than that he is like Micheal Scoffield or whatever his name is from Prison break..always thinking a way out of a situation..he has great intel and good communication..Only problem is his temper when he is on his period :P..oh and he is a great cocksucker :bubbles:

Jesse's list is impressive but most of the players playing today dont know who any of those peeps are so it is only natural they would not be on there lists.

I myself am partial to people who consistently put up good scores gunning and worthing.

2. Tim|away. No one has studied this game more than him, he knew exactly how the game ticked, besides, he ran the most sucessful A cartel in the history of DW, he knew how to pick talent and make it work together.
3. Eyez Neverclear. Charlie is an awesome player, gun, worth, worth gun, traffic, and hybrid strats of all the above, you name it he could do it, besides his leadership skills helped to form some of the greatest cartels in the old days, CD, Divine Supremacy, TLB...
4. Siggings, True Tokers, nuff said.
5. Deadcert the best cartel leader i've played under, organizational skills and an outstanding player makes her a DW legend, besides, she has got to be the sweteest person in this forum :D.

I have to give a special mention to Connie (Conartist), I don't think I've played more games for anyone else than Connie, she is an awesome leader and an outstanding player as well.
Kitty deserves a mention here too, she even got me to cab a freaking cartel, in which I have to say, I had the most fun and I'm sure no other cartel cause so much drama in such a short period of time: Temptation Awaits :D.

There is a lot of great playes that deserve a mention, but other than Anti-Duck who I just have to say he is a frecking robot, the other people I'm mentioning are the ones I had the chance at some point or another to have more contact with, so a lot on this list has to do with aspcts a little beyond gameplay, but with the game in consideration as well.

:argh: I forgot, Phuquit, he once won 9 rooms in a single round, no need to add anything else.
KS, his analitical skills are legendary as well.
Zeus, well gunning hurts and same has to be said about Ruff.

I couldn't make a list with current people. Mainly because I've stopped playing for a while, and although there are quite a few very good players still playing, but very few revolutionary/game changing players still left in the game (based on forum perception.)

That being said, without too much thought I'd say my list is Tim, AD, Phuquit, *insert your favorite gunner here*, and Myself. Chances are 99% of the knowledge the people in this game has or strategies that have been dreamed up can be traced back to one of these 5. If I had a list that had more current people on it, Brick would probably make an appearance.

it can not simply be about good, strong scores...
if that was all it was then all you would need do is look at the score pages...simple

a good player, a GREAT player, is someone who can lead, motivate and teach.
one should strive to keep players together and strong as a unit (as you truly are only as good as the people around you)

One of the founder members of the Daqqers, most folk think of him as the original leader of Daqqs, excellent worther and gunner, multiple overalls, record holder and general smart airse. He played with and repected by nearly all the top players allready mentioned including the Reds founders.

I'll never forget Trav, he saved Reds asses SO many times it's not funny.

I could take 20 of the game's legends, and you could take your 20 people from anyone else playing, and my team would destroy you. The only hard part of that situation would be getting the 20 legends I want to show up for the round.

What do you mean we never knew strats? I guarantee you that many of the people listed have forgotten more than you actually know about the game. A good 98% of what players do now is nothing more than a tiny variation of a strategy that some of these old school people created and perfected. And you know what the best part is? Rather than bitch about it, someone created a new strategy that made the other strategy not as great, and then that would get passed around. This cycle would repeat. Also it wasn't a coincidence that it seemed to be the same cartels that would cause this cycle to happen over and over again. It was because those people that deserve to be on the list caused it to happen because they constantly saught ways to be better at the game.

There are great players still playing today. My hat's off to them. But you're way underestimating the impact that many of the people listed here made on the game as you see it now.

He done it in random rooms in random cartels. Random cartels don't have 17:3/18:2 etc. cartel strategies. Obviously anyone with great cartel benefits will win the room or at least score very well. But he wins rooms without great benefits and destroys rooms with great benefits.

Anti-Duck - no matter what anybody says with regards to the rules changing, cheating, blah blah - everybody knew of the possibilities that trafficking opened up yet it was Michael who, while sitting in his boat fishing, came up with the strat that murdered everybody for rounds. He also played a mean junkie game (I can attest to this as it was my cartel where he first tried it and he beat most of the rest of us that round. And not to toot my own horn or anything but I play a mean junkie game too) and was a well-rounded player. He also has a nice Aussie accent and that counts for a lot :$
4. Stupid and Contagous - Great guy, INCREDIBLE player, and great teacher/leader. I played with Ryan several times, and he taught me how to sell. This game and its players are far more advanced thanks to him.
5. Rexel - Gerard is one killer gunner, and also a superb leader and teacher. In my opinion, to be a murderous gunner, you need to have intimate knowledge of the junkie strat, and he does. If I'm worthing in a room and find out that he's there ... I quiver in my boots :)
