There's more sites too. The first computer will always be your most difficult. After that, you won't believe you were so afraid to do such a simple thing. I've built my last 5 computers, and a few for friends now. Come to think of it, Pricewatch might not be so cheap for you. Most of the vendors there are from the US, and shipping would probably kill the deals. Oh well, anyways, what computer are you running now? You may be able to recycle a few parts from your current box and save a lot of money. Whenever I build a new box, I pull all of the parts that aren't totally outdated from the old box and re use them. Post what it is you want, like Smokie said, and I'd imagine that you'll get a ton of advice!
