Police are investigating the whereabouts of Vince... Tampa police said a sham-wow was found in Billy's pocket.

I guess vince conned his way outta jail after getting busted for slap-chopping that HO earlier this month

The news said he was in a plane accident at Tampa where the wheels on the front landing gear blew out. It was a commercial flight and the news asked him if he was hurt and he said stuff fell from the celling and hit him in the head. His family said that evening he when to bed early not feeling well. I bet he got a good concussion or a small bleed that killed him we'll see with the autopsy report. :(
