I had accounts in B1, B2, B3, B4. This was fine.

Today i created accounts in A1,A2,A3.

Also created C1, C2.

Now..all my accounts apart from C2 have been deleted.

Why? I did not double account in one game

At what time did you create the accounts and what country are you in?

I'm in England, and i created them around 11am today GMT time.

I was able to log into them all, and everything. Logged out, went to log into my B1 handle and account doesnt work.

Hmm, that is bizarre, i'd recommend you send a message to "Jacx" and tell him what happened :thumbs: player handle numbers will also be handy for him too.

Ahh ok... Thought you might be using AOL, and were deleted because of your Proxy IP's. But now its sorted, do not worry.

So anyway where you from and how did you come about ending up in DWS?

All your accounts show up fine, nothing deleted or suspended.

I suggest you clear out your cookies/history.

also what actually happens when you try to login...is this in your premium account?

Cleared my cookies, i can login

I'm guessing its his IS provider, might be worth getting in touch with them or try routing your connection through an external server.

I believe it works fine now i use preimun accounts :)
