yeah tv shack is the best for watching tv and movies but it is composed of many other sites which are good for getting them right away, MEGAVIDEO - I'm watching it (http://megavideo.com), and http://stagevu.com are good sites to use but not as easy to navigate as tvshack, also there is Watch Movies Online For Free Full Movie Downloads (http://watch-movies-links.net) which is good for new releases, and if you want to download stuff without torrents then use google and type in whatever you are looking for in this fashion "weeds s05e04 hotfile" you will usually get a hotfile link which is a great free downloader that would mean weeds season 5 episode 4, good luck
