Kristy, i've got a recipe for a Terragon Chicken Salad that goes great on rye or even in a pita. I'll catch you tonight and get you the recipe. I make it at work and we sell out every time. This one's super easy to make, and you will look like the shit to the owner's for having such a great item on the menu...

Opening tomorrow. I wonder if you are working all night to be ready or unable to sleep with excitement and checking things over in your head.
I'm a bit late but to stay on topic, my favourite sandwich filling is cream cheese and salmon but I also rather like avocado salad with pine nuts.
Also, I had a muffin the other day that had sultanas in it and it was a bit spicy, maybe a hint of cinnamon, and on top it had lots of sunflower and pumpkins seeds and that was rather nice and a change from the usual muffins.
Good luck, Cheeky :)

After being open for 2 weeks now, Im introducing salad tubs to the menu..had a bit of a trial run friday and they all sold, so Im going to do chicken caeser, greek and an avocado&pine nut salad. Also Frappes to be added, as summer is coming.. I had a chai latte frappe with a scoop of protein powder today for lunch..MMmmmmmm awesome. I'll get some more pics up soon, now that Im all set up properly :yay:
