1999 was the year I got married :| It was also the year that I was accepted to San Diego State University and was majoring in BioChemistry. I rang in the new millenium at Disneyland, and also discovered in 1999 that I had an affinity for blackjack and that slim shady was a white guy.
2001 was the year I switched majors, lol ;)

I was busy smoking pot, drinking, doing acid and having epiphanies that never became reality. I also got my GED and worked at a daycare (not while intoxicated of course) I think we went to portland that new years--can't really remember... must not have been memorable..

My first year back from teaching English in Peru. I enrolled in college, and got a job as a bouncer. I was mostly sober new years eve, as I was responsible for breaking up all the fights that night. Funnest job I've ever had, but it didn't pay shit! I kind of miss those days!!!

I spent most of 1999 in hospital, learning to walk and do many other things again, following a car accident. :o(
I'm OK now, apart from the fact that I get fits occasionally. The bloke that hit me on a zebra crossing was banned from driving for 3 years and spent 3 months in jail. From the skidmarks on the road, police said he was doing at least 80mph in a 30mph zone - luckily he clipped me (My head hitting the kerb caused the damage.), if he'd hit me head-on I'd probably be dead.
