FYI: that sauce is considered one of the landmark pillars of the Kuwaiti food table. on the hotness scale it doesn't compare to the underdog Tabasco yet it has a nice acidity taste and a nicer kick.

i love hot sauce... my favorite is the oriental hot sauce with the rooster on the front of the bottle i'm not sure what it is called but it's good. i was just introduced to it last week..

i believe it's called Sarachi, but it is more often referred to as Rooster Sauce because of the label...agreed...it's good hot sauce, and should be in the collection of any avid hot sauce lover...i keep several at a time. i've even made my own this past summer with Habaneros from my garden. I sent jason aka "13" a bottle of my garlic habanero i made. it's pretty good stuff...
