This is going to sound stupid but...
I got my car this January from a private sale. The people could not find the keyless entry thing and it's kinda annoying to know that I could have one, but have to use my key. I'm wondering how I would go about getting another one. Should I just go to a Honda Dealer and ask them? Or is their a cheaper way I can do it? Thanks.

call your local honda and find out how much programming is. if its free or cheap you can get a code learning remote offline and have it programmed

cool that's what I figured. lol funny story basically went to a concert with my sister and my cousin (a girl) and we locked their purses in the trunk, on purpose, b/c I had a key to my sister's car. Little did we know it was the valet key, so we went to the dealer and got a new key made in 10 mins. for like 10 bucks. lol moral to the story, always know which is your valet key.

k, i'm just going to derail this thread slightly instead of making a new one...
first i have a problem, i think my keychain is possesed or my car is a bit horny.. it happens only about 50% of the time, i'll be walking towards my car and when i get about 20 feet away my trunk pops open. and i know i'm not accidentally pressing the button on my keychain. it pisses me off because if i dont notice it i end up drving around with a trunk light that flashes over every bump i hit. i dont know what to do about that :(
and i just got this in an email...

no it wont work, however if you remote key has a range of say..25 meters, then point it at your head and you should be able to open it from say 40 meters away...another useless fact from oddthought

I don't know the exact numbers on it, but he was not being a smart ass. If you have a keyless entry system, try it next time. You'll notice that if you put the remote under your chin pointing up, it'll actually open your doors from farther away. I have no idea what the science is behind it, but it works!

the science= you are using your body as an external antenna. I used to remote start my car like that all the time.

yes, but is it like brain waves? or natural radiation given off by the body?
