Sure the subject rages on about illegals in the US. Here's tragic story of 2 border patrol who are being held accountable for doing their job. Amazing how a court of law will take the side of an illegal smuggler over 2 US Border patrol agents. The amazing thing is the lawyer testimony. We all know the lawyer made up their own version of the story and the plaintif just had to agree. I have a petition for the president to pardon these 2 men if any one wants to sign it PM me.
I remember it being explained before, maybe some one can do it again. How is an illegal alien who is smuggling drugs protected my the 4th ammendment?

quis custodiet ipsos custodies?
Would you rather live in a country where your unelected law enforcement officials are above the law?
Good luck with your petition...

Shame he never got him in the head. I'd send him to target practise if anything. That stands for any drug smugglers, not just immigrant ones. As stated in the article, they are facing more time than drug smugglers themselves, child molesters etc... justice? lol

i have mixed feelings about situations like this.
I dont like to see any victimless crime be prosecuted (or ‘An ye harm none, do what ye will.) which means i dont care if you wanna sit in your front yard and shoot heroine, but dont steal from me afterward for your next fix. prostitute your ass, why would i care? however, we did place these men there, with loaded weapons and tell them to protect our border. If they honestly felt that this man may have had a gun then do they really need to wait till there is a bullet in their chest before they shoot? but on the other hand, you have to draw a line somewhere or it just gives people the ability to terrorize others and live above the law.
I dont mind ppl legally imigrating to the US but i dont like the people that come here illegally and set up their own little communities and refuse to adopt our customs. Its ok to keep your own customs, but to be an american you need to be a blend of what was, and what currently is. its not right that taxes arent paid, and most of the earnings are sent back home to relatives. (not that i dont respect the men for taking care of their own, its more than my ex does for his kids). as far as drug smugglers go...if they legalized it, it would take all the fun and profit out of running drugs across the border .....things that make you go hm!

I think it would be wise to clear the difference between drug traffickers and illegal immigrants.
They are two different important and sad issues that unfortunately end up hand to hand in matters like this one just because unethical human beings (some lawyers) that study and know the holes in the system so that these scum can get away with it.
