Reconsidering Atlanticrack into ww2

i think that atlanticrack1/2/3/4/5/6 or whatever should not be given access into ww2 as what he did was only bust for allies and axis before 50 cycle. Also he logs off after that and doesnt do anything beneficial to the team, its just like an inactive player. What do you think.

Wow, close to what I was going to say. The easy solution to all of this would be the "No busting" rule. No busting until cycle 100 but that's unrealistic.
