fuck its hard being this good looking it should e criminal i should be locked up :-# naw the real point of this thread is to find a healthly link from computing to a healthly outdoor activity or activities.
i would like everyone to be honest as this reasearch is very important to help everyone maintain a healthly balance between play and well play.
personnalily i exercise like fuck as im training for the army but i know too many people who dont even do an hours exercise a week and that scares me alot

The thing is, many of us that have jobs do excercise there as well. For example, pooty is in the marines. He excercises. I worked throwing tires for a living, so that's like 8 hours of liftin per day.

i have to walk everywhere so about 2 hours exercise a day not including gym or football training (twice a week) and the computer about 3-7 hours a day during holidays

i spend roughly 40-50 hours a week on the computer because i am on while i work, i do work out of the home so i go on sepica as i please, but i still need to make money. i do excerise quite a bit actually, hours wise....maybe 6-8 hours a week. i run my dogs, i have a weight set and bench i use, but im a smoker too haha, ive been lagging because ive been sick though

sweet atleast most of you seem to make abit of effort i wonder if our american cousins do more exercise than us lot in the UK i would think so .... but prove me wrong.

rite now im injured but normally i would have to say some 20 hours of exercise a week and some 5 hours in the computer

id say throughtout this summa, (im in high school) ive done at least 3-5 hours on the comp per day, and at least 2-3 hours out and about and 1 hour per day workin out so yea thats usually my day, cept for the weekends, but yea woot woot

i work doing tires on semis, tractors, loaders, end dumps, all that big shit, when you have to move a tire ths anywhere from 100 to 1250 pounds around, thats some exercise and i get 50-60 hours a week.

i spend a fuck load of time on the comp, when im not sick (rarely in the last year and a half it seems) im a fitness freak, i'd work out 20 - 30 hours a week
i don't have a job lol :$

i used to spend like 4-5 hours on the computer a day :$
since i lost the net at my house though i spend like 2-3 hours a week and am exercising more.

depends wot time of year it is for me because its football season again 3-4hour on computer and 12 hours exercise

Lets see - 12 hours a day on comp at work, 3 on 3 off rotation...
1/1.5 hours either side of that walking dogs and back on comp...
Days off, completely depends - occasional run, gonna buy a weight bench eventually - but meh i aint too unhealthy atm. *lost 2 stone*
