Favorite Domestic!

basically the same as my previous thread but this time what is for favorite amercan car?

my favorite domestic is the 67' Shelby Gt500 damn i love that car!!!

u could have bunched alot of those years togather. for example

79-93 5.0
83-92- camaro

they only had small changes from grill design and such. difference between a 94 and a 95 mustang was 95 had a screen behind the pony on the front bumper the 94 didn't. the interior stayed the same for years. 96 the motor changed to the 4.6 liter and tail lights went up and down instead of side to side.

But seriously, I'm gonna have to go for next years production model Dodge Challenger! Quite possibly the most awesome car to be designed since the 60's!

yea those challengers really have some muscle..about 400 hp i think im not sure but those things are gas guzzlers lol

I don't know if the Hemi that's going in the cahllenger will be the same as the one offered now, but if it is, it will actually shut down four cylinders when the power is not needed once you get up to highway speed. They're working ways to make engines more economic, and the new Hemi is supposed to get something like 26MPG. Either way, I'll pay a little extra to have that perma grin on my face ever morning on the way to work!

idk lol but the charger out now has a 6.3 litre v-8 hemi ..i don't think it translates power form each side of the block but if it did it would be quite economic! but chevy is also doing that ..

not banning offence really, i just hate seeing people exclude others with their threads. Now saying best american cars, no issue, saying best import makes it seem that the forum is yank only, fuck off others...just my thoughts.

Same with the thread about imports...imports to who...just gets my goat thats all

i was only joking about the ban thing...i see ur point about the domestic thread being just for americans. I agree it should include the uk. But the import thread....those cars are imports to the uk aswell.
