The point of a ban is to enforce the rules, and hopeful the banned player will learn from it.
No-one is going to learn, or change, if they are allowed to just ignore the ban (create multi's) and come straight back.
A ban HAS to be enforced, and extended for creating multi's (had two accounts active in the same game - diffent teams).
To do all this, and admit it, under a mod's nose, and still be allowed to stay is ridiculous.
C'mon Tyler, enforce an IP ban, she has had 5 chances to many.

I don't care how many of his accounts were active at once - he HAS multiple accounts, therefore HE IS A MULTI - and he DID have multiple active accounts IN THE SAME GAME.
He created new accounts to bypass a ban.
What would happen if the justice system worked like this -
