i think that it is a web cast only. although they keep showing the difference between how it looked today and 5 years ago.

Yeah I tried to watch some of the live internet stream but the connection here in the office kept dropping out.

*prays in silence*

Admiration for all those who had a hand in the efforts that followed, and prayers especially for those who lost family, friends, loved ones, and even coworkers in those dreaded days. *tears*

Glad to see that as a nation we survived that day, but sad to see that the flags have come down, and the solidarity of purpose we all had the first year has dwindled to e-mails inspiring us to fly a flag in commemoration today of the fifth anniversary of the infamous 9-11. *pout*

I remember that day exactly! I was in highschool when the announcement came over the speakers and everyone started watching it on tv and talking about it in class for the rest of the week.

The thing that made me mad was the arab population in the city near me clapped and cheered for 9/11. It was all over the news, it still pisses me off to this day. That city called deerborne has the highest arab population in the country the last time i checked...grrrr.

Then sociologists should point to that being the reason for animosity in Deerborne, not racism. (as they do now)
There was a 30 days episode there and they made it appear that the native Deerborners have been the cause to this struggle... what a crock!
