cartel sig/top10 message

ive been playing sofs recently when a player makes the top 10 it shows a line of text underneath the players name
ive copied from top players to show anyone who hasnt played before...id like to see an addition like this for top 5 cartels in dwars ...how much of a strain would it be admin?

i think it would be useful to communicate across cartels ...there is a rule in force there to stop advertising, swearing etc maybe that could be ammended for dwars ...i donno i like it there thought i'd share what do ya's think?

I think its worth a test run.. the game is more amusing with the cartel rivalries n shit talking. It would also be somewhat beneficial to the stupid ass mass recruiting cartels as they could put their ID/password in there textbox. Not to mention it could slow up the random recruiting spam msg's
