I quit cold turkey on New Years Day 1998, just stopped and never smoked again after 12 years. If I can do it, you can too!

And as per your request beli: I fucking hate you.. you stupid bitch.. how dare you..

dang! i thought you would do better than that :( but good going on quitting! rough but you can do it. mind over addiction.
also i like the googling smokers lungs. watching a smoker die is even better medacine. they gasp to get a tiny bit of air in. constant pain. like drowning for a few months.
*quit for a month and i will give you an e-lap dance ;)*

Hello Asshole, you have reached the smokers help line.
The best way to ensure you don't smoke anymore is to breathe deeply, count to 10 and think of all the times you do smoke.
Think of having a really nice meal, there sitting on the table next to the empty plate is a big cold bottle of frothy beer.
What's the best accompaniment to beer, a nice, sweet long drag at the nipple of nicotine.

Hmmmmm, what an aroma, savour the golden flavour as you gently place your lips around the filter and inhale deeply, a warm relaxing sensation flows through your body....ecstasy, joy and fulfillment all rolled together in a cigarette.
Your belly is full, the beer is cold, the cigarettes make you happy.

Many things in life will let you down but cigarettes will always be by your side and never let you down, like an old friend greeting you with a smile.

Thank you for calling the smokers line.
Please enjoy cigarettes.

Lol ive never encouraged anybody here to kill themselves before, i may have been a dick to them but its the internet, get over it, smoking is real life and affects you and others around you, and they day i actually try to convince somebody to kill themselves, or give up on bettering themselves is the day you can say i told you so

It is only the internet,Michael. You are constantly twittering on about other people who use this forum and why they shouldn't take it so seriously.
Now you are posting in serious discussion wanting sympathy, support and your arse licked by your bunch of e-friends. light up a cigarette it will stop you double posting.

ps PLZ D13!!!

Im not taking this at all seriousley so warped, that shows just how little you know about me, all this just rolls off my back, i just think its pretty damn sad that somebody is trying to quit an addiction that will ultimatley lead to their death yet you feel a need to encourge them into continuing
Were you in South park? don't do drugs kids they are bad...mmmkay.

I dont care what you say in this thread others may, i dont have E-friends, and im not looking for support or sympathy, im sharing this on the forums in the hope it will actually help others, such as kitty and killaho who are also quitting atm, and aeon and holy shit who haver already said that as a result of this thread they are considering quitting, its the greater good so warped
I've always thought of you as a kind , caring and compassionate man. Some of your posts put Mother Theresa to shame

Do You smoke so warped? Is that why youre angry? ive pointed out something wrong with your life, hit a nerve ?
I smoke, I am smoking one right now, I love smoking. A cigarette is hanging from the side of my mouth as I smile and think of you running around and around and around.

or are you mad your part of a dying breed of people who smoke, as youngsters are much more educated nowadays

Wrong again.
Almost as many young people are taking up smoking but more established smokers are quitting.

either way your sad and if your not here in my thread in SERIOUS discussion, (and this is serious, its peoples lives) Then dont bother posting, how about giving support to those bettering themselves instead of encouraging them to fall back into an untimley habit
How about you go and fuck yourself. You have trashed threads and posted in the wrong sections without thinking about it.
Have a beer and have a smoke.

good jobb on the quitting asshole! (y) Take no notice of So Warped, I can smell it from here that he's one of those *I love to annoy smokequitters out of their minds to make their quitting even harder* persons. (When in fact he makes it easier for you=P)

I quit smoking in march 05, but as you all know I suddenly started smoking again for some absurd reason about two months ago now. When I run or work out I can feel how it affects my breathing and it always reminds me to quit again, but then I forget as soon as I get out of the shower. But now I think I've had enough, no smokes since friday now.. I think I might be back on track, and this thread was a bit inspiring! I hate those nasty, smelly little expensive bastards!

No, just Asshole because he is a cunt.
I love smoking, if you want to stop, michael, that is up to you. I just find it amusing that you are here sharing your personal info and getting support from a bunch of strangers. Especially as you are the first to have a go at other people for doing the same thing.
There's only one thing worse than a born again christian and that's a reformed smoker.
Btw did you know alcohol causes as many problems and is the cause of as many deaths a s smoking.
Will you be preaching a sermon to all the people who say they are getting pissed as well?

I am giving up as well, six weeks this Tuesday.

I have used the patches to assist and a ton of cough sweets (cough sweets and cigs don't go together very well lol).

Apart from the obvious things like saving money and health, I find it's great to not be dictated to by cigarettes. I used to be constantly thinking about where and when I could have one, now I just don't have to worry about doing things where I can't smoke. As of now I am in control and not the craving.

Started smoking at 14 .... a lot of years ago lol

I do still have urges for cigs though :(

Even tho ive said it before it hasent gotten through to you has it? Im not here for support from people
Killaho.. you lean on me, ill lean on you buddy..

Looks like Killaho is your non-smoking e-buddy:P

And theres nothing wrong with reformed smokers, you just dont like them because they have the willpower and strength to quit while you dont, and "Liking smoking" isnt even true, nicotene controls your body, it tells you when to smoke its not a case of you wanting too, you haveto
I have to and I want to, i get enjoyment from smoking, of course it is an addiction but that doesn't take away the enjoyment.

I don't hate reformed smokers, Michael, it's just you. Take your pathetic attempts at relieving your boredom while you give up nicotine to people who give a fuck, that is unless you want some e-hugshttp://www.emoticonland.net/images/Amour/11_2_104.gif

You spelt nicotine wrong, use some of your new spare time by reading Janet and John Take Up Smoking.
