There is a debate, but he will be. Glen Roder hasnt got his coaching badge either.... Neither did Stuart Pearce when he started out managing.

they would have been better looking for a proper manager , some one like Martin O'Neill , Southgate will do what pearce done , start well an finish bottom half of the table like City .

i think its a strange one too, dont see southgate as a manager but i may prove to be wrong

however i think they should have the full coaching credentials before being aloud to take the helm.....otherwise wots the point in it all


i think the reason they never had O'Neil mate is cause he wouldnt touch the job with a 10ft pole LMFAO
