Well Tung appeared to know something about it from the very start and has no association with Daqqs, but of course he was ignored as it didn't fit the picture of blaming Daqqs. Put these quotes together and you come up with one explanation.

Reds are lucky that admin have given out information on who is their inside sabotour which other cartels have never been given before. this round i had some a game accounts (in non-reds cartels) accessed with passwords i had never given out. i believe some others have said their accounts were accessed with passwords they hadn't given out either. i haven't seen what evidence was leveled against cushion, but i believe it may be possible someone other than cushion has found an exploit in the game allowing them unprivileged access to accounts.

I wouldn't be sure about this. I definitely had my account hacked last round in B4. I had not given it to anyone, both username and pass were alpha numeric but someone still hacked it and went in. They bought guns to raise my worth and lower my stam so they could jump me.

I bought this up in a pm to Pstyle who said he was already looking into this type of thing.

I caught the tail end of the SB with cushion etc last night and i've read some of this thread but don't fully follow what went on. but my point is that while i have no idea if cush is to blame for whatever it was, i think this hack issue needs investigating coz if it is happening there are gonna be plenty of red faced people owing cush an apology.

Steff, getting somebody elses IP is easier than it looks.. You could either

a) get network access through a wireless router

b) get remote access to the computer through VNC, Terminal Server, BackOffice etc

c) Use the computer as a proxy server, making all connections look like they came from that server

Not saying this is the case but if you think it could only happen from having physical access to his computer your a bit mistaken.


I for one think Cushion is a pretty good kid. I have a hard time picturing him coming up with this plan to move Reds into Daqqs cartels in order to discredit them. Right now I'm not saying he did or didn't move the accounts but you guys are probably reading WAY too much into the motives of this move.

KS coded it. I edited one line of code (well it was 12 but it was all changed to the same thing) so it could then spam out. Everytime you wanted to spam a different message you had to edit the whole source so it was hardly ideal.

A proxy is something that masks your IP address behind another making it look like it isn't you but they are traceable.

This situation is crazy and getting out of control. It is wrong to accuse a person of doing something wrong without bearing the burdon of proff. Are we to believe that this happened just because someone says it did. I agree, why would they lie about that. I also think why would Cushion do what he was accused of when he worked so hard to help build the cartel up. When I first got started in DW he a just a few others were the ones to teach me what I needed to know. It is very hard for me to believe he would be responsible for this. Basically, everyone here has given thier info to a CAB member for resets. Is it possible that someone else accessed a CAB account and did this, YES IT IS POSSIBLE. If there is reasonable doubt that someone else could have done what is accused, then Cushion can not be found guilty of this. To tell you the truth, I dont have a clue who did it and no one have issued enough proff for me to say cushion did. Just my thoughts on this. :S

Reds were playing in UNTOUCHABLE which was the same cartel we hid in the previous round. There were shouts on the forum about Daqqs back in UNTOUCHABLE and a gunning cartel made to gun Daqqs, which of course it wasn't, it was Reds making it look like us doing it again.

Daqqs actually joined 'DAQQS CAN'T HIDE' to gun Reds as we knew it wasn't us using the cartel so had to be Reds. Reds did get gunned too hard to medal as they had those who gun daqqs against them.

To then move from UNTOUCHABLE and form Daqqers1 looks to me rather like carrying on from the start of the round allowing Daqqs to be blamed when there was no chance of a medal.

Rather a big set up gone very wrong?
