Admin - C games cant be tested

The current creds market looks like this 3 weeks into the game:

Botany Credits 216,766 $2,000 5,629
Pimpology Credits 683,192 $2,000 5,629
Home Economics Credits 2,528 $2,000 2,528
Shop Class Credits 538,982 $2,000 5,629
Theft Credits 126,131 $2,000

We can't test if we can't buy creds.

If you do delete em, leave all those creds up so they can't do it again. After reset maybe fill the market with millions of $2000 creds so it can't happen again till after the bugs fixed? I'm presuming it's still a creds bug?

They need to go through the logs to see where things went wrong. Patience is a virtue few DW hold but you'll need to.

It's obvious whose cheating. Just look at the scores then delete them.

I'd have thought so but the reason Steve gave was that he needed to review the logs and couldn't if he deleted them so probably not. Keep hassling him though with PM's to CS, it'll speed up the process lol

It's not just that. What you keep forgetting is that Steve and I can do fuck all about the bugs. Seriously. Fuck. All. Nada. Zip. Zilch. No access to the code. The best we can do is just constantly remind Rit and get on his ass to fix things, which we do in the staff section.

I'll talk to Steve about making a reset, but filling up the range of credits for the game to start out with. Give them all like 1 billion credits at $1 billion each or something.

But that wouldn't work either would it...I mean the creds flux, but not that bad. We still need them to flux, but my god I know mine get bought out and resold. That is the only reason why I didn't even try doing a press strat. And since market is so fucked, I couldn't tell you if the cred strat works either.

i know what ya mean. last round when it was really fucked i was runnin a sellin strat. i saw that all tha creds seemed to be goin so i just chucked like 150k shop on tha market for 2k/u and they got sold. that wont tell u anythin if tha strat works or not. tha way that i see it is why do people bother fuckin summin up when they wont get shit outta it if they do. all it does is piss people off.

i have noticed a bug! i have found a way to use more tokens than you actually have i'm not sure that is all they are doing but the details on this i don't want to make this public for others to cheat and since only one person can change the codes i will wait for a private message to reply to!

Hey thanks. But this thread makes me realise it's all a bit more difficult to sort out than it seems, so (as far as i'm concerned) we may as well finish the round off. After reset you could try that tho. It may help identify if creds are the prob.

If others want a reset now I'd go with a majority vote if enough ppl post.

It would work if the only way they can get a head start is by abusing the creds early on. The theory is that there is a way to buy millions of creds for free at the beginning I think. That bug was supposed to be fixed but doesn't look like it is. Like I said above cappin the market with 1000s of $2000 creds might rule it out one way or the other.

You can send a pm to Customer Service. This way only the staff can look at it. You can also pm Psychostyle or myself if you want an alternative way of getting your message to the appropriate people.
