I don't know about anyone else, but I use the ordinary calculator on xp a lot when I'm playing. What would you guys think of incorporating a calculator into the game some how. Maybe by putting it into the home page for example. Its only a suggestion that you might consider useful, but I find the calculator works just fine for me.

I use a calculator too often - just to predict final worths etc.
I wouldnt say one is necessary but having one would do no harm.

If you search the forum you will find...worth calcs, junkie calcs...etc.

This would probably fall under the "we can't make the game that easy and simplistic for you" category.

Touble with that might be that, depending on what you are calculating, you have to flick though several pages of the game for info. The windows calculator, tim's final worth calculator and the resurection junkie calculator with a little Alt+Tab and Ctrl+C or Ctrl+V are all I need.

Ya something like that would be good. But I'd say the normal calculator in windows is the best bet. It was just an idea that came into my head, taught I'd share it with you guys and see what the opinions were. Don't think it will be implemented though, but if it was, the best way to do it would be to click on a link which opened up a pop up window with a calculator inside. This could include some of the calculations which can already be done using other links within the forum. But I'll say it again, I don't think it will be implemented. But you do ask for suggestions and this is quite a handy one I think, if it was done right!

I can't find that one anymore, if anyone would be kind enough to pm me the link, or post it here...

or how about this. just put the basics worth for each. (ie junkies, juns, vests). that way all a person gots to do is to get off there ass and punch in a few numbers in on the calculator that is on there own computer. :O

Like someone said further up, if your using Firefox or Seamonkey, download this (https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/1194/). If you have Opera, download this (Opera site was down so I had to blind search on Google to actually find a calculator, so there may be better ones (http://widgets.opera.com/widget/5062). If you are using IE then download this (www.opera.com). (Y)
It saves you going through hundereds of shit because it's built into your browser.

Why would anyone download a plugin in the first place, steff?
If you are really too lazy to use a classic calculator, all you have to do is to open a new tab go to google.com and feed it with your numbers! Obviously, hardly anyone is aware of this. Yes, google will determine whether you are performing a regular search or whether you want to use the calculator. see example (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&q=%281%2B1%29%5E10%2Bsqrt%289%29*100%2B13&btnG=Search)
1. Ctrl+T (new tab)
2. Alt+Home (if google.com is your home page)
3. your numbers.
4. Return.
Sounds complicated, doesn't it?

It's slower and I'll bet some people don't actually know how to write all the different equations.

I use my actual calculator. It's been left beside my computer since I finished school.
