Ban Pros from 5-Team beginner!

I think all we need to do is restrict the pros from playing in the beginner games! You need a certain rank score to get into professionals, maybe it should be made that if your rank score is too high, you won't be allowed to partcipate in 5 team beginners! That will eliminate rank whoring in beginners. It will also keep the game for us beginners, and won't be goverened by the vets who have their heads up their asses. funnily enough I don't completely hate the idea. There would need to be changes made to Pro first though.

You're wrong in saying it would eliminate rankwhoring, but I like that it would promote learning by expermentation rather than just blindly following orders. I'd be afraid that no one would learn anything at all, but it would be interesting to see.

I agree and dissagree with you, you can't have a flat score that says below this, you suck nuts and cannot play, above it you kick ass you can play. There are people (such as me) who have lower scores, mines aboot 15,000- 20,000, but I've been here long enough that I know how to play. I'm not sure what the whole conversation was but it went along these lines: when it first came up it came from a suggestion to have people be voted in by a few (3-5) people (once they knew how to play.) So there would have been two versions of 5-team everyone would play the original and then someone would have to petition to join the second, they would have to have been supported by at least a couple people to be allowed in. As the disscussion evolved and Rit took the idea and ran with it.
