i can only boot in safe mode

i have pulled ram stick and ajoing ram stick
rebooted and during widows loading screen it just freezes

Myth..I would open up the computer and just make sure everything is seated correctly..Check every cable, PCI/AGP/ISA card and the RAM. Also go ahead and boot it up with the case off if you can to verify all the fans are spinning.

a little dusty in there clean her up tighting the plugs cheak ram,vid card work great

decided he needed to reformat so i back up files
inserted widows xp cd deleted partion,created new. started to install new windows and got a error saying the disc is damanged now have to wait for new windows disk 8o|
but good thing it is not mine
