Properly Reporting a Multi

Alright boys and girls, a few things just caught my attention on how people are getting this so fucked up.

1. When reporting a multi, do not go bitch about the accused on the forums, and do not get shit started in the game talk about it. This is getting annoying beyond my means to tolerate it.

2. DO NOT report someone just for busting, the mods are sick of it, they're bitching. Them bitching along with the players bitching, is too much bitching.

3. I just witnessed two ww2 games in a row. In one of them, a newer player was called a multi for busting. This newer player then engaged in a conversation to defend himself. During this conversation, he gave his name. That round of ww2 ended. The current round of ww2 however, has a buster in it named after the previousely discussed person. The multi's are obviousely trying to take advantage of the newer players when they are accused as well. Therefore see rule number 1.

4. Don't bitch at the mods. This is self explanitory, they're trying, they do have lives and they do have to sleep.

5....ish..... Always, ALWAYS try and talk to the person that you are about to accuse, before you start your accusations. Everytime I report, which is not that often, I send multiple messages to whomevers' ass I'm about to kick, and ask them what the fuck they were thinking. Maybe not with the language, but a simple message will suffice. IE. "Hey. I noticed you took the countries in the ww2 game. Could you please explain your actions? It's okay if you are new to the game, I could help ya out if ya need it"

what's wrong with reporting someone and asking the mod to check their ip for more accounts?...there are so many ways multis can act like noobs, say they're sorry and never sign on under that account again...or they can not even respond to anything...i know what happened in that round you talked about...although the whole thing still seems odd to me because i told the person what an ip was when they asked, i always proposed if they were a noob or multi in which i was nice or mean in each way, then they proceeded to give information as to the other person wasnt a multi and saying they lived in their building and so on...to me it seems hard to grasp that someone who has no idea what this game is signs up a new account, build barracks, supply depots and then knows how to bust and how much it takes to take a militia without asking anything...in WWII its easier to bust, but even with orders clearly stating DO NOT HIT THE ATTACK BUTTON BECAUSE WE WILL LOSE it seems hard that there are that many ignorant people who blantantly ignore those orders...its seems to be...how many??...o yeah 2-3 every game...2-3 about every 5 hours...thats a lotta ignorant people signing up then leaving...it would be nice if the mods simply replied back after they ran the ip trace to say, so and so is clear, nothing showed up, but when i report people and nothing happens and they continue to destory games, i get frustrated...sorry if i've pissed you off mods, and sorry if i've called noobs multis, but it just seems hard to overlook so much evidence and simply classify it as ignorance

spankey, I know you were there, and I'm not saying there's anything wrong with reporting them and asking a mod. I'm just saying with the over abundance of threads, and constant use of the game boards over it, it's just gotten rediculous. You're in the right, I know you are. But it's happened to us all. We just need to stop posting it everywhere. The mods were talking in the other thread, about a new mod. SO let's all get our focus back on the game, and not spam the forums and game talk about it.

the point he was getting at is not report them, just stop flaming in the game chat and stop flamin in the forums, THERE IS A REPORT MULTI BUTTON!!!!!! USE IT!!!!! it makes the mods lives easier cause they can see whats up in an easy to manage fasion and it makes it easier on the players cause we dont gotta read how so and so is a multi when we are trying to talk how much sand is in some peoples vaginas :)

The multi thing has gotten out of hand for DAMN sure. We've always put up with a few multi's here and there but it's daily nearly every game now. The publicity they are getting in the chat/forums is just egging them on. They are laughing their ass off at us and enjoying it. Keep the reports to messages only and in the Markets ALWAYS put a default fee. When they don't get fame they will leave in shame.
